ICC World Cup 2019: South Africa Beat Australia By 10 Runs

South Africa beat Australia by 10 runs in the last pool match of ICC World Cup 2019 at manchester.

Earlier, South Africa captain won the toss and elected to bat.

Batting first South Africa posted 325 runs for the loss of six wickets in allotted 50 overs.

Openers Aiden Markram and Quinton de Kock provide 79 runs stand for the first wicket.

De Kock made 52 while Markram added 34 runs.

Nathan Lyon got both wickets.

After losing openers skipper Faf du Plessis and Rassie Van Der Dussen added 151 runs stand for the third wickets to put Proteas on driving seat.

Faf Du Plessis remained top scorer with 100. He hit seven fours and two sixes.

Van Der Dussen added 95 runs with the help of four sixes and four boundaries.

For Australia, Mitchell Starc and Nathan Lyon took two wickets each.
