Verdict In Sharjeel Khan Case To Be Announced Tomorrow

PCB tribunal probing spot-fixing scandal will give its verdict in suspended opener Sharjeel Khan's case tomorrow.

Pakistan and Islamabad United batsman was suspended on suspicion of five breaches of the Pakistan Cricket Board’s anti-corruption code.

Sharjeel is facing charges of meeting bookie with suspended player Khalid Latif and of deliberately playing two dots balls in opening match between Peshawar and Islamabad in Dubai.

Apart from Sharjeel, other cricketers accused in the case, include Khalid Latif, and Nasir Jamshed and Shahzaib Hasan are also facing the probe.

Pacer Muhammad Irfan was handed a one-year ban after he confessed failure to report an approach from a bookie during PSL to PCB.
