England Beat South Africa By 239 Runs In 3rd Test

England beat South Africa by 239 runs in the Third Cricket Test at the Oval to take 2-1 lead in the Four Match Series.

Resuming on 117 for four after being set a huge target of 492 for victory, South Africa were dismissed for 252 on the Final Day of what was the 100th Test at the Oval.

Off-spinner Moeen Ali completed Hat-Trick.

Moeen Ali ended the match when, after having Dean Elgar and Kagiso Rabada caught at first slip by Ben Stokes with the last two balls of his 16th over, had Morne Morkel LBW with the next.

Opening batsman Dean Elgar remained top scorer with 136 runs knock. TEMBA Bavuma scored 32 runs.

For England, Moeen Ali bagged four while Roland Jones took three wickets.

The brief scores are; England 353 and 313 for 8, South Africa 175 and 252.

The Fourth Cricket Test will be played at Old Trafford in Friday.
