3rd ODI : Pakistan Beat Australia By 8 Wickets To Clinch Series 2-1
Pakistan have won the third One-Day International in Perth, clinching the series against Australia for the first time in 22 years.
Pakistan were chasing a paltry target of 141 runs, which they managed to reach in 26.5 overs with eight wickets in hand.
Saim Ayub and Abdullah Shafiq gave pakistan a solid start, putting on a score of 84 before Australian bowler Lance Morris Struck, removing both openers in quick succession.
Babar Azam and Skipper Mohammad Rizwan then came on the crease and remained there till the end.
Earlier, pakistan bowled out australia for 140 runs in 31.5 overs.
Shaheen Shah Afridi and Naseem Shah were the pick of the bowlers, both claiming three wickets each while Haris Rauf took two wickets to restrict Australia to their lowest score against pakistan.
Skipper Mohammad Rizwan had won the toss and opted to bowl first.
Haris Rauf was declared player of the match and also player of the series.
