The 9th Thal Desert Rally has kicked off from Head Mohammad Wala Changa Manga as Punjab Government issues the roadmap for 100 kilometer track prepared for the rally.

Under the vision to promote Automobile Tourism in Pakistan, Punjab Government has made arrangements for the 4-day rally which will pass through three Districts of South Punjab including Muzaffargarh, Kot Addu and Layyah.

Prize distribution ceremony among the winners of the rally will be held in Muzaffargarh on 10th November.

Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz has ordered top notch arrangements for the rally participants.

She also welcomed the participation of female drivers in the rally and vowed to promote competitive sports among youth.

Besides the main event of Thal Rally, the event will also feature traditional sports like Kabbadi, Tent Pegging and Horse Dance Shows.

Fireworks and cultural night will also be held for the locals and tourists.
