Asian Champions Trophy; Semi-Final : China Beat Pakistan 2-0 On Penalty Shootouts, Qualify For Final

China and India qualify for the final of Asian Champions Trophy Hockey Tournament in Hulunbuir city.

In the nail-biting first semi final, China beat Pakistan 2-0 on penalty shootouts.

In the allotted time match finished leveled at 1-1.

Yuanlin Lu had given china an early 1-0 lead in the 18th minute. Pakistan's Ahmed Nadeem found the back of the net in the third quarter, ensuring the match went into the decisive penalty shootout.

In shootouts, Chinese goalkeeper Caiyu wang was the hero of the match, as he denied all of pakistan’s attempts in the shootout, while Benhai Chen and Chanliang Lin scored for China.

Pakistan will now face South Korea for the bronze medal match.

In the second Semi Final, India outplayed south Korea by 4-1 goals.

For India Captain Harmanpreet Singh scored two goals.
