Pakistan will take on Tajikistan today in a high-voltage match of the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers at Pakistan Sports Complex's Jinnah Stadium, Islamabad.

Pakistan is playing the second match of the FIFA World Cup 2026 Qualifiers as in the first match, Saudi Arabia defeated Pakistan 4-0.

Moin and Muhammad Waheed have been included in the squad replacing Shayak Dost and Omar Hayat who received yellow cards during the initial round of the FIFA World Cup 2026 Qualifiers.

Subsequently, in the first match of the second round of FIFA World Cup Qualifiers, both players received second yellow cards.

According to FIFA regulations, the cumulative count of yellow cards has led to their suspension for today's match.
