Pakistan Cricket Board has appointed Former Pacer Wahab Riaz as Chairman of the Selection Committee.

Wahab Riaz will head the committee to select the team for upcoming tours to Australia and New Zealand.

Pakistan will play three tests in Australia from December 14 to January 7.

Pakistan will play a five-match t20 series in New Zealand from January 12 to 21.

Meanwhile Mohammad Hafeez has been named the Pakistan team director, replacing Mickey Arthur, and has been given the additional responsibility of being the team's head coach in a temporary capacity for the tours of Australia and New Zealand.
