Miami Open: Rublev, Sinner Book Spots In Third Round

Andrey Rublev and Jannik sinner booked their spots in the Miami open third round, following their respective straight sets wins.

Sixth seeded Russian Rublev outgunned American J.J. Wolf 7-6, 6-4, while Italian sinner, seeded 10th, eased past Serbian Laslo Djere 6-4, 6-2.

In other early second round results, Finn Emil Ruusuvuori upset Spanish seed Roberto Bautista Agut 6-4 7-6, while Canada’s Denis Shapovalov, seeded 24th, battled past argentine Guido Pella 6-3, 3-6, 6-3.
