ICC Women's U-19 T20 World Cup: Pakistan Thrash Zimbabwe By 10 Wickets

Pakistan Under-19 Women thrash Zimbabwe by 10 wickets in the 24th match of ICC Women's Under-19 T20 World Cup in Potchefstroom, South Africa.

Earlier, batting first Zimbabwe women scored 97 runs for the loss of six wickets in allotted 20 overs.

Skipper Kelis Ndhlovu remained top scorer with 42 runs. She hit seven fours in her innings.

Adel Zimunu and Kay Ndiraya added 13 and 11 runs respectively.

For Pakistan Under-19 Women, Anosha Nasir took two while Areesha Noor and Laiba Nasir grabbed one wicket each.

In reply Pakistan women achieved the 98-run target without losing any wicket in just 10.5 overs.

Pakistani openers shared unbeaten stand of 100-runs for the first wicket.

Eymaan Fatima remained top scorer with unbeaten 62 off just 35 balls. She smashed 10 fours and two sixes in her innings.

Shawaal Zulfiqar made 32 with the help of six fours.

With the win Pakistan women finished second in group b with four points and qualify for the super six round.

Pakistan is now place in super six group b along with England, New Zealand, West Indies, Rawand and Ireland.
