England beat Pakistan by six wickets in the first T20 International in Karachi to take 1-0 lead in the seven match series.

Earlier, England stand in Captain Moeen Ali won the toss and put Pakistan into bat.

Batting first Pakistan scored 158 runs for the loss of seven wickets in allotted 20 overs.

In reply England achieved the 159-run target for the loss of four wickets in 19.2 overs.


Both team will now face each other on Thursday in the second T20 International.

England are on their first tour of Pakistan in 17 years to play seven twenty20 internationals.
