Miami Open Tennis : Medvedev, Auger Aliassime And Norrie Win Matches

Some of the biggest names at the Miami open went through to the third round with commanding victories, but there was a surprise as Britain's Cameron norrie knocked out Grigor Dimitrov.

Norrie achieved a straight sets win on a hot day in Florida in a game featuring long rallies.

Bulgaria's Dimitrov looked to have the first set under control, but Norrie held his nerve to fight back and claim the set. He went on to win the match 7-5, 7-5.

Russia's Daniil Medvedev had a more straightforward day out as he overpowered Taiwan's lu Yen-Hsun 6-2 and 6-2.

Canada's impressive youngster Felix auger-Aliassime outmatched Frenchman Pierre-Hugues Herbert 6-4, 6-4.

Elsewhere, in a battle between two Americans, Taylor fritz proved too much for Marcos Giron, winning their match 6-2, 6-2.
