Recently appointed head coach Misbah ul Haq says it is a matter of great honor to coach the national cricket team and that he is ready to fulfil requirements of his new role.

Talking to media alongside Chief Executive PCB Waseem Khan, Misbah said, his achievements in life are only because of Pakistan. The former captain said professionalism in the team will be his top priority.

Chief Executive Waseem Khan said the talents Misbah ul Haq has qualified him to become head coach. Waseem hoped that the team will benefit from his leadership qualities.

Waseem Khan said, PCB will extend every possible cooperation to Misbah ul Haq. PCB Chief Executive added that PCB has no objection to Misbah coaching in Pakistan Super League.
