Soccer Argentina: Ten-Man Boca Juniors Win 1-0 At Banfield
Lautaro Di Lollo's Late Header gave Boca Juniors a 1-0 win at Banfield in the Argentine Primera Division, despite being reduced to 10 men in the final stages.
Banfield created early chances, with Alexis Maldonado hitting the crossbar and Gonzalo Rios missing just over.
After the break, Banfield continued to press but couldn't convert, with Martín Ríos' header going wide.
In the 86th minute, Di Lollo scored from Carlos Palacios Corner.
Three minutes later, boca's ayrton costa was sent off for a second yellow card.
This victory marked Fernando Gago's first away win, lifting Boca to third in group a with 11 points. Banfield sits 10th with 7 points.
