New Domestic Season

The Coronavirus testing of players before the new domestic season starts has begun.

Most of the cricketers, match officials and support staff has given their samples in nearby laboratories for which Pakistan Cricket Board has vowed to pay.

Those testing positive will have to quarantine themselves for fourteen days. It is only after the first negative test that players will be called for the second test to be conducted at the PCB's central station. PCB already has issued a list of reserve players.

The samples of playing eleven are likely to be taken on Friday. Players, officials, management staff, doctors, drivers testing negative twice will all be restricted to bio-secure bubble.

Director High Performance Nadeem Khan said safety of players and officials is our priority.
